PGMA visits typhoon-damaged Ilocos Norte

LAOAG CITY, Ilocos Norte — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will visit on Tuesday (Aug. 26, 2008), this province, one of the eight provinces in Northern Luzon heavily-damaged by ”Typhoon Karen” recently.
